The Beckhoff EL3632 is an EtherCAT Terminal, 2-channel analog input, IEPE/accelerometer, 16 bit, 50 ksps, part of the Beckhoff EL3632 product family. Accelerometers with IEPE interface can be directly connected to the EL3632 EtherCAT Terminal.
